Who They Are
BCAUSEICAN is a nonprofit founded in 2015 by Ron Nicholson and Michael Batts, dedicated to closing the digital divide through STEM education, coding, AI, and digital literacy. Based in the DMV, they empower youth, adults, seniors, and educators with hands-on learning, industry-recognized certifications, and workforce development.
In 2025 alone, BCAUSEICAN launched 19 programs and reached more than 700 students across the region.
